We are seeking a skilled MEP Foreman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily MEP activities on-site, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
Allocate work to technicians and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
Ensure installation work aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant standards.
Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth progress.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations on-site.
Assist in planning daily/weekly work schedules and material requirements.
Inspect completed works and ensure quality standards are met.
Report progress, issues, and manpower requirements to the MEP Engineer/Site Manager.
Support testing and commissioning activities.
Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with the project team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP works (construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
Ability to lead a team of technicians and coordinate with subcontractors.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
