A reputable MEP contracting company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Draftsman (MEP) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Detailed Mechanical Drawings
: Create precise and comprehensive mechanical drawings and layouts for HVAC and AC systems in MEP projects.
Develop Accurate Drafts
: Convert engineers' sketches, specifications, and concepts into clear, detailed mechanical drafts.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance
: Ensure all mechanical drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with Design Teams
: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of mechanical systems.
Revise and Update Drawings
: Update drawings as required throughout the project, incorporating changes and adjustments as needed.
Maintain Organized Documentation
: Keep detailed records of all drawings, revisions, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve Drafting Issues
: Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in drafting during the project.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
7-10 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in the MEP industry in Dubai.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and mechanical design principles.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
