Position 1: Civil Foreman - Swimming Pool Projects
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in swimming pool or construction industry
Strong knowledge of pool construction, civil works, waterproofing, and finishing
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience supervising site teams and meeting project deadlines
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil works for swimming pool projects
Allocate and monitor work of site teams to ensure quality and safety compliance
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare daily site progress reports
Position 2: MEP Foreman - Swimming Pool Projects
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in swimming pool or MEP construction industry
Strong technical knowledge of pumps, filtration systems, plumbing, and electrical works for pools
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and layouts
Proven supervisory experience with site teams
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety requirements
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all MEP works for swimming pool projects
Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and project timelines
Resolve technical and operational issues on-site
Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare and submit daily site updates
