Job Description
Experience:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works within construction or fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
works. Ensure that all MEP installations are carried out according toapproved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
. Allocate work to site teams and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate withcivil, structural, and finishing teams
to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth site operations. Inspect ongoing work to maintainquality, safety, and compliance
with project requirements. Support engineers and supervisors in preparingdaily progress reports
and maintaining documentation. Attend site meetings and communicate project updates and issues to theMEP Engineer / Project Manager
. Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment, and report any shortages or maintenance needs. EnforceHSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
practices among site staff and subcontractors.Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing discipline. Proven experience as an MEP Foreman in building construction or interior fit-out projects. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
