MEP Estimator - Fitout Projects in Dubai
Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced MEP Estimator in Dubai with proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing estimation specifically for interior fitout projects. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background in estimation and an eye for detail. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Core Duties

• Prepare accurate MEP estimates based on fitout drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Use estimation tools like CostX and Planswift for quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for price quotations
• Review technical documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Work closely with project and sales teams to meet bid submission timelines
• Participate in value engineering to optimize project budgets without compromising quality

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation for fitout projects
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in estimation software (CostX, Planswift) and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
