What You'll Do

• Provide strategic direction across all project controls disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, and performance
• Lead a team of planning engineers and manage controls across multi-package infrastructure programs
• Develop integrated master schedules and validate resource alignment for timely delivery
• Conduct regular delay analysis, progress reviews, and prepare high-impact reports with recovery plans
• Review contractors' baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project contracts and best practices
• Facilitate structured risk workshops with stakeholders to manage project risk exposure
• Lead digital transformation in project controls through automation and tools such as Power BI and Primavera
• Evaluate contractor claims including EoT and disruption, using recognized delay analysis methods
• Liaise with PMC, client, and contractors to resolve issues related to project planning and schedule adherence
• Maintain a robust recordkeeping system to support claims, audits, and contract administration
• Issue performance alerts and notices to contractors in the event of delays or non-compliance
• Present project updates, forecasts, and dashboards to senior stakeholders and client leadership

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure project controls, with at least 3 years in the UAE
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Tilos, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Power BI
• Skilled in leadership, contract administration, and resolution of planning-related issues
• Familiarity with UAE infrastructure authority processes and major project delivery methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder-facing experience
• Strong foresight, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex interdependencies
