Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections for irrigation systems, landscaping, and infrastructure to verify compliance with specifications
• Conduct civil and structural tests, including soil compaction, concrete slump, and material composition
• Oversee installation of piping systems, including testing for pressure and grade alignment
• Monitor painting, insulation, and structural finishes to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Verify electrical installations for proper grounding and compliance with safety codes
• Maintain accurate inspection logs, records, and reports for daily site activity
• Participate in preparing safety reports and enforcing job site health and safety practices
• Assist with documentation, as-built drawings, and the final handover process to stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Associate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in irrigation, landscaping, or infrastructure construction supervision
• Proficient in reviewing blueprints and construction specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and project management software
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality standards and recent irrigation projects in the UAE preferred
