Key Requirements:
3+ years UAE experience in MEP estimation for fitout projects
Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing)
Expert in estimation software (CostX, Planswift) & MS Excel
Ability to analyze drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
Excellent communication skills for client/vendor coordination
