We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented

Electrical Estimator

to join our MEP Estimation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and technical evaluations for electrical systems in commercial, residential, and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare electrical quantity take-offs based on tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs Develop cost estimates for lighting, small power, and related electrical services Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing Assist in preparing technical submittals and pricing for tender submissions Evaluate drawings, raise RFIs for missing or unclear information Analyze client requirements and prepare value engineering proposals when needed Support the team with variation claims and post-contract estimations

Requirements:

Ready to Join Immediately Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in UAE in electrical estimation (preferably fit-out and interior projects) Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

PlanSwift

, MS Excel, and other estimation tools Sound knowledge of DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and other local authority regulations Strong understanding of local electrical standards, materials, and market rates Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of commercial fit-out electrical packages is advantageous
