MEP Estimation Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP projects (HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing) ensuring feasibility and competitiveness. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive project plans. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements. Utilize advanced software tools and methodologies to optimize cost projections and timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure adherence to standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Min 4-5 yrs proven experience in estimating for MEP projects in UAE. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
