Mep Estimation Engineer
Job Description
Company in Al Ain is looking for MEP Estimation Engineer with 10-15 years experience in pricing projects in Electromechanical field (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting & Plumbing).
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electromechanical engineering projects.
Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials required.
Conduct site visits and inspections to gather necessary data for estimating purposes.
Research and identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials or methods.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all cost estimates.
Review and negotiate subcontractor quotes and proposals.
Track and monitor project costs throughout the duration of the project.
Preferably in Al AIn.
Preferably can join immediately.
Salary is negotiable based on work experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Experience:
MEP Estimation: 7 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
