Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
MEP drawings, schematics, and layouts
for interior fit-out projects.
Develop
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting system layouts
as per project requirements.
Coordinate with
MEP engineers, project managers, designers, and site teams
for seamless execution.
Ensure
compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and industry standards
.
Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and client modifications.
Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and approvals.
Assist in
material quantity estimation
for procurement and project execution.
Collaborate with civil and architectural teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall design.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree
in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
2-4 years
of experience as an MEP Draughtsman in the
fit-out, construction, or MEP industry
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software
.
Strong understanding of
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems
.
Ability to
read and interpret MEP technical drawings and specifications
.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to
work under pressure
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
