Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting tools.
Create coordinated drawings for HVAC, lighting, power, water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems in compliance with project specifications and local codes.
Revise and update drawings based on design changes, engineer feedback, and site conditions.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering teams to avoid design clashes and ensure smooth integration of services.
Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings as required.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and comply with company drafting standards.
Assist in resolving technical issues related to drawings during the construction phase.
Maintain organized drawing records and follow document control procedures.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and Navisworks (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP drafting for building projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design standards, and coordination processes.
Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
