Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed MEP drawings
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Coordinate with engineers and site teams
to ensure drawings align with project specifications and standards.
Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
for HVAC, drainage, water supply, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Ensure compliance with local codes and DEWA standards
, especially for electrical schematics.
Support project documentation and technical queries
during construction phases.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
in MEP drafting, preferably on commercial or mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD
; Revit knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards

Diploma or degree in Drafting Technology, Architecture, or Engineering
