MEP Designer - Pools & Water Features

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Designer who has a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and civil designs specifically related to pools and water features. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing design tasks independently and coordinating across disciplines to deliver complete and build-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP design drawings and shop drawings for pools, water features, and associated systems. Design plumbing layouts (suction, return, balance tanks, filtration, and drainage systems). Design electrical layouts for pumps, lighting, control panels, and underwater systems. Coordinate with civil drawings and ensure proper integration of MEP services.. Liaise with project engineers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conduct occasional site visits for verification and as-built coordination.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of local UAE experience in MEP design for pools and water features. Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and civil coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good understanding of UAE authority codes and standards. Experience with 3D modeling is an advantage. Revit experience is a plus.
