Produce
coordination drawings
integrating all services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural) to resolve clashes before site execution.
Prepare
as-built drawings
in compliance with site conditions and project handover requirements.
Coordinate with project engineers, site engineers, and other disciplines to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned.
Update and revise drawings as per site instructions, consultant comments, and design changes.
Ensure that all drawings comply with
local authority regulations
and standards.
Maintain drawing registers, filing systems, and version control for all technical documentation.
Assist engineers in preparing material take-offs and BOQ from drawings when required.
Support project teams in ensuring that the drawings are delivered within agreed timelines.
