Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Draughtsman to join our dynamic team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing detailed drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for major construction projects, particularly high-rise residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed MEP coordination drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematics using AutoCAD. Work closely with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent. Revise and update existing drawings based on mark-ups and instructions from the engineering team. Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural) to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Maintain organized filing of all drawings and project documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an MEP Draughtsman,

with a proven background working directly for MEP contractors.

Project Experience:

GCC project experience is

highly preferred

, especially with high-rise residential towers.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in

AutoCAD

is mandatory. Knowledge of other BIM software (e.g., Revit MEP) is a significant advantage.

Equipment:

Candidates with their own laptop and licensed software are preferred.

Attributes:

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

P.S- Project visa would be provided by the company if selected. Candidates with GCC experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
