Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and designs for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify MEP drawings and designs using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design accuracy
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve design conflicts and issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP drafting and design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and design principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BIM software and workflows
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Certification in AutoCAD or Revit

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
