Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop detailed
MEP drawings
for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and basic electrical layouts.
Perform
heat load calculations
and assist in HVAC duct & piping layout designs.
Prepare and update drawings in compliance with
local authority regulations
and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and authority submission drawings as needed.
Ensure all designs are accurate, precise, and delivered on time.
Assist in resolving design-related queries from site teams and authorities.
Review and incorporate feedback from engineers, consultants, and authorities promptly.
Stay updated on changes to local regulations and standards (e.g., DEWA, SEWA, Civil Defense).
Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings and revisions.
