to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software, supporting engineers and project teams in delivering high-quality building services designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate MEP shop and coordination drawings.
Review and interpret design layouts, sketches, and technical drawings.
Coordinate with architectural and structural drawings to ensure proper integration of services.
Modify and update existing drawings based on engineering changes.
Assist in clash detection and resolution using BIM models (if required).
Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards and client specifications.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings and project records.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an MEP Draughtsman in the construction or engineering industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
Excellent attention to detail and technical drawing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
