We are looking for an experienced
MEP Draughtsman
with a strong background in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings forMechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works
, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications, standards, and consultant requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
MEP shop drawings
(HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting). Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and civil teams. Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client comments. Ensure all drawings comply withproject standards, codes, and regulations
. Support engineers and project managers with technical drafting requirements. Maintain and organize drawing records and revisions.Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2-5 years of experience as an MEP Draughtsman in the construction industry.
Proficiency inAutoCAD (essential)
; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. Strong understanding of MEP systems in building projects. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication and coordination skills.Preferred Skills:
Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, or residential projects. Knowledge of international codes and standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
