Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of fit-out drafting experience in Dubai (luxury residential experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Solid understanding of joinery details, material specifications, and high-end finishes.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and fit-out approval processes.
• Ability to interpret complex design briefs and deliver accurate, timely drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Role Overview

• The Fit-Out Draughtsman will be responsible for producing precise, high-quality technical drawings for interior fit-out works, ensuring alignment with project specifications and luxury design standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented draughtsman with solid Dubai experience and strong knowledge of local codes and luxury fit-out expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, and fit-out layouts for luxury residential projects.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.
• Interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drawings with high attention to detail.
• Update drawings based on revisions, site requirements, or client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and project quality standards.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and understand construction constraints.
