Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:



Coordinate and manage

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

works at site to ensure smooth execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Review and coordinate

MEP shop drawings

, material submittals, and method statements with consultants and contractors. Ensure proper

interface coordination

between MEP, civil, architectural, and interior fit-out works. Monitor site activities to ensure MEP works are executed in compliance with

project specifications, approved drawings, and local authority regulations

. Attend

site coordination meetings

and technical meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Identify and resolve

design clashes

and site issues, coordinating with relevant teams to avoid delays and rework. Plan and track

MEP installation schedules

to meet project milestones and deadlines. Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover activities for all MEP systems. Ensure adherence to

health, safety, and quality standards

on site. Coordinate inspections with authorities and consultants and close

snag lists and punch points

. Maintain accurate

site records, reports, and as-built documentation

. Support project managers in controlling

cost, quality, and timelines

related to MEP works.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
