Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
MEP Construction Manager/Technical Manager to lead the technical execution ofmechanical, electrical, and plumbing
works on construction projects. The role focuses on design coordination, technical compliance, site support, and successful delivery of MEP systems.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of MEP works from design review to commissioning Review drawings, specifications, material submittals, and method statements Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues Provide technical guidance to site teams and ensure correct installation practices Ensure MEP systems comply with project requirements, codes, and standards Lead value engineering, technical problem-solving, and design optimization Support project planning, procurement, testing, and commissioning activities Prepare technical reports, clarifications, and progress updates for management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years' experience in MEP construction projects UAE Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems Proven experience in technical coordination and site support Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
