MEP Construction Manager - Azizi Developments Dubai
Azizi Developments is hiring an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing construction activities across our major projects in Dubai. The role ensures on-time delivery, quality compliance, and seamless coordination between design, civil, and architectural disciplines.

Role Summary
The MEP Construction Manager is responsible for managing all MEP works from planning and execution to testing, commissioning, and handover. This includes overseeing subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all systems meet project specifications, budgets, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all MEP activities across project phases.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams for system integration.
• Review design, IFC, and shop drawings to ensure technical accuracy.
• Lead MEP site teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review technical submittals, materials, and method statements.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and site challenges.
• Monitor MEP budgets, control material usage, and verify subcontractor claims.
• Manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final handover processes.
• Prepare as-built documentation and coordinate with consultants and authorities.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients and internal teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of experience in MEP construction, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP system design, installation, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, DEWA, ADDC, and other relevant codes and regulations.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
