Job Brief:

A Construction Technical Manager oversees the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient execution. Their responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating teams, and problem-solving to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing technical documentation like project plans, blueprints, and engineering reports. Ensuring construction work meets industry standards and regulations. Managing drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and subcontractor agreements. Reviewing material requests, deployments, and subcontractor certificates. Leading and managing multidisciplinary project teams. Fostering collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders. Serving as a point of contact for technical issues. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conducting inspections and audits to maintain quality standards. Identifying and addressing technical challenges and implementing solutions. Evaluating project outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Reviewing and coordinating design submissions, construction documents, and technical reports. Complying with information security policies. Protecting access credentials and handling company information with confidentiality. Reporting security incidents and maintaining cybersecurity hygiene.

Job requirements:

15 years of experiences as technical manager in

UAE

. Bachelor degree in civil engineer. Experience in construction sector.
