Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

MEP Engineer

with a strong background in

execution

of

villa projects

in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site, ensuring timely and quality execution in accordance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting) as per approved drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with consultants, architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors for smooth site execution. Review and interpret MEP shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements. Ensure compliance with

Abu Dhabi Municipality

,

ADDC

,

ADCD

, and

Estidama

standards. Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update project management accordingly. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks for MEP installations. Manage manpower and material resources to meet deadlines and quality standards. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site. Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Attend coordination and progress meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum

5 years of experience

in MEP execution, with

at least 2-3 villa projects

completed in Abu Dhabi or UAE. Strong knowledge of local codes and authority approvals (ADDC, ADM, ADCD, QCC, Estidama). Excellent understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE driving license is a plus.
