MEP Construction Engineer Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform a detailed study of Contract Documents such as drawings, specifications and scope of work. Generate detailed BoQ as per the provided drawings & applying industry assumptions. Prepare Material Request as per Site requirements. Plan, allocate & manage a team of Supervisors, Technicians & Helpers. Should be capable of handling Sub-contractors. Monitor & report budget vs actual cost variance. Co-ordinate & manage Client requirements & attend meetings.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of related experience. Strong understanding of MEP construction processes, standards, and regulations. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with Valid Driving license will be a Plus.
