Create detailed 3D MEP models (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) using
Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
Coordinate closely with site & design teams for clash-free, accurate BIM outputs
Perform
clash detection
and update models per design revisions
Follow
UAE/GCC construction standards
and BIM Execution Plans
Extract shop drawings, manage revisions, and ensure documentation is up to date
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
5+ years' experience preferred
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
Strong knowledge of MEP systems & GCC construction standards
Great coordination & communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
