Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

MEP BIM Modeler

based in

Dubai

to develop and manage coordinated 3D MEP models using

Revit

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with BIM workflows and a strong understanding of

Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, and other UAE MEP codes and standards

.

Key Responsibilities:-



Create and maintain detailed

MEP models

(HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) using

Revit MEP

. Perform

clash detection

and coordination using

Navisworks

. Prepare

shop drawings, sections, and schedules

as per project requirements. Ensure compliance with

Dubai authority regulations

(DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.). Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for model accuracy and updates.

Requirements:-



Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2+ years

of experience in MEP BIM modeling in the

UAE/GCC

. Proficient in

Revit, Navisworks

, and

AutoCAD

. Familiar with

Dubai and UAE authority standards

for MEP systems. Experience with

BIM 360 / ACC

is a plus.
