providing skilled personnel to top MEP projects across UAE. We are urgently looking for experiencedMEP BIM Modelers
to be deployed with our prestigious client projects.Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed
3D MEP models
(HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) usingRevit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
Coordinate with design and site teams for model accuracy and updates Executeclash detection
, implement design revisions, and ensure BIM compliance FollowUAE/GCC construction standards
and BIM Execution Plans Extract shop drawings and maintain up-to-date project documentationQualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
5+ years of experience
in MEP BIM Modeling (UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred) Proficient inRevit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360
Excellent knowledge of MEP systems and coordination Strong communication and documentation skillsSalary & Benefits:
AED 6,000 - AED 7,500
