This role is responsible for identifying and analyzing the training needs of all sales channels and developing a strategic plan to include training delivery and training programs to drive the business in alignment with global sales and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the team of training specialists across the mentioned markets and ensure consistency and quality of training implementation.
Own and manage the training calendar for the mentioned markets and ensure timely implementation of programs as per EM & GSA guidelines to drive results in alignment with global sales and business objectives.
Ensure that retail teams across MENA possess the skills and functional knowledge to provide premium customer service and drive business KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
Support Franchise trainers to implement trainings based on adidas standards to develop teams, drive business KPI\xe2\x80\x99S and create a premium service culture.
Support Wholesale trainers to implement product knowledge trainings.
Encourage continuous improvement by constantly monitoring and sharing best practices across mentioned markets.
Execute strategies for implementing training, organisational and people development initiatives.
Review training materials received from global and adapt the training content to meet local requirements while maintaining the learning objectives to ensure consistent delivery across mentioned markets.
Support individual and team development through training and experience-based learning
Oversee the quality assurance of multi-language translation of training materials when required.
Manage and facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
Conduct market visits periodically to support implementation and observe retail behaviour.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training in retail/fashion/FCMG/hospitality, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory or management
Advanced MS office skills in particular PowerPoint and excel
Highly integrative with strong business mind, data focus and results orientation
Solid business acumen and proven track record of increasing retail & sales KPI\xe2\x80\x99s through training and development programs
Enthusiastic with strong work ethic with flexible approach
Consumer-centric, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong team player with an international mindset
Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset
Ability to travel when required across MENA
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in business /HR or any related field
Advanced user of MS-office
Fluency in English (both written & verbal), Arabic is an asset
Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational organization preferably in retail in a learning & development role with operations background with 2 years in a managerial role
