Key job responsibilities
Own the pipeline for Paid programs in MENA across AE, Egypt and SA Align AMPS MENA\'s Sales Strategy with WW Paid Services programs Design a scalable demand generation strategy that includes to efficiently activate new leads for the program Create an engagement strategy to nurture leads at scale until ready to join the program, backfill attrited SPs and build new portfolios for new AMPS Marketplace Consultants Deliver Sales pitches tailored to different SP tiers (GMS), SP profiles (category, BOs, distributors) and Must Have Named Accounts Develop new AMPS service offering modules in collaboration with the AMPS Program Manager based on SP feedback Optimize the Seller Education journey during their first month of onboarding in the program Own weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting of pipeline, enrollments and attrition
About the team MENA AMPS (Amazon Marketplace Professional Services or ASP360) supports Selling Partners (SPs) with paid account management services and enhances both CX and SPX via a suite of unified offerings. We aim to be the preferred choice for SPs during their Amazon journey to expand and optimize their businesses.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or from related subjects (or certificate of completion of studies) Fluent English written and verbal skills Experience in roles such as Account Management, Sales, Consulting Marketing/Merchandising roles, Program or Project Management roles Experience building relationships with external stakeholders, identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products Comfortable using data analysis, reporting and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
E-commerce experience preferred Demonstrated ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. Sound business judgement, proven ability to influence others.
