KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Roll out and ensure operational monitoring of the regional medical strategy:
Implement an action plan in line with the medical visiting plan
Organize events involving health professionals in conjunction with medical relations
Be a creative force for producing communication and event-related materials
Analyze quantitative and qualitative dashboards: interpreting results, circulating information, implementing corrective action and following up on activity
Allocate resources while optimizing ROI - Ensure synergy with commercial teams to increase sell-out
Responsible for meeting the sales target quotas for the medical team (Sell In)
Manage and drive the team in line with medical detailing\'s strategy of excellence:
Develop local medical relations
Ensure links and collaboration with headquarter-based teams (marketing, medical relations, sales, digital, etc.):
