Join us as we continue to #discoverbetter. What is the role? This role is responsible for the commercial performance of a territory in the UAE (Dubai & Northern Emirates) market. This is an early field-based role with time dedicated to face to face Sales capacity working hand to hand with our local distributor / customers. Pending KPIs met and in line with Aerogens future business model innovation the expansion / build out of each specific function into dedicated roles is a possibility. What are the key responsibilities?
  • Developing and implementing territory plan driving Aerogen revenue through strong customer (MD/Pharmacy/Nurse/RT incl director level, technician) engagement, territory management and effective collaboration with Aerogen OEM and distributor partner representatives.
  • Delivery of high-quality territory action plan following Aerogen customer excellence framework including: Key account performance based on account potential and ensure operational execution against these accounts. Also, reporting of weekly activity using CRM tools, leveraging of Omnichannel customer tools to drive/reinforce access and regional medical and marketing customer programmes.
  • Sales support including training, support for distributor and OEM partner representatives.
  • Ensuring strong customer engagement including systematic KOL engagement and close liaison with MSL team in key accounts as necessary.
  • To seek to continually develop personal skills and capability including product, disease and competitor knowledge plus selling skills, account management and territory management skills.
  • To act as an effective and collaborative Aerogen Commercial and cross functional team member and respecting and maintaining Aerogens values (Expert/Mindful/Flexible).
  • Work with Global & Regional Marketing and Commercial Excellence to review and identify current tools. (Existing playbooks, videos, tech sheets, campaigns, marketing site) and platforms (Pulse, SFDC, LinkedIn,
  • Evaluate pilot key performance indicators and build business case to evaluate regional scaling of the function

What education and experience are required?
Strong track record in sales (3-5 years) and strong preference for experience in medical devices or hospital pharmaceuticals including high performance in:
  • Delivering financial results.
  • Selling skills including listening, objection handling and closing.
  • Account management.
  • Territory planning.
  • Clinical data-driven selling.
  • Must have a high level of professional drive, motivation, energy and entrepreneurship, consistently taking initiative to drive business performance and customer engagement.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and intellectual acuity.
  • Demonstratable track record of displaying good judgement in business decisions and ethical business behaviour.
  • Self-awareness with the desire and ability to learn and develop. Demonstrates the ability to understand and communicate complex disease data.
  • Able to stay organized, operate independently with high quality and with appropriate detail orientation.
  • Competent analytical capability enabling assimilation of key data to enhance performance and territory analysis.

What key skills will make you great at the role?
Experience in respiratory therapeutic area and the acute care hospital setting.
  • Experience in working with range of customers including MDs and demonstrating full account stakeholder.
  • Management from nurse/technicians through to MD and pharmacy director level.
  • Clinical and data driven sales experience.
  • Prior experience and relationships in the territory.
  • Bachelors degree or higher with preferred science background.
  • Based Preferably in UAE (Dubai Region).
  • Fluent in English & Preferably Arabic
  • Role requires good driving record. There will be some overnight stays for remote accounts and company training/meetings as necessary.
