Hiring a dedicated and professional to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to our CEO at.
Location : Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and correspondence
- Handle confidential medical and administrative documents with discretion
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, medical staff, and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Medical Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (preferably in healthcare)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and medical terminology
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
