Job Description

We are looking for a
proactive and results-driven Medical Insurance Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical insurance, a strong client-focused approach, and the ability to manage individual clients efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized advice to clients based on their medical insurance needs. Assist clients in understanding policies, premiums, and coverage. Handle client inquiries and follow-ups professionally. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. Utilize leads from company sources to maximize client conversion. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
medical insurance sales or advisory
. Established client portfolio in medical insurance is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of UAE medical insurance regulations is a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
