Job Description
: We are seeking a dedicated Home Insurance Advisor to join our team. This role will be pivotal in guiding customers through the process of selecting suitable home insurance products that meet their needs. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, home insurance product knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills.
Job Activities:
Handle incoming leads for Home Insurance, assess the insurance requirements, and provide advisory on the home insurance product Prepare quotations and procure competitive terms from underwriting partners Work closely with the operations team after carrying out all due diligence on KYC and issue process policy placements Maintain understanding of home insurance products offered by our partner insurers. Educate customers on policy features, coverage options, and exclusions. Timely response to all clients' inquiries in a professional way, consistently follow up at the time of renewal. Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their overall experience. Handle inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and efficiently. Meet or exceed performance targets related to conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of UAE experience in home insurance Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
