Provide overall leadership and direction for all medical operations and clinical services.
Develop, implement, and oversee medical policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
Supervise and support the medical and nursing teams, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with clients, event organizers, and partners to ensure medical readiness for all projects and events.
Review and approve medical documentation, incident reports, and patient transfer summaries.
Ensure compliance with
DHA/DOH/MOH
regulations and licensing requirements.
Lead training and professional development sessions for clinical staff.
Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for the medical department.
Key Requirements:
MBBS / MD degree
from a recognized institution (mandatory).
Valid UAE medical license
or eligibility for licensing (
DHA/DOH/MOH
).
Minimum
5 years of total experience
, including at least
2 years of on-call and home care experience
.
Proven experience in
clinical leadership
or
emergency/event medical services
preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
