Supervise all medical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians).
Ensure quality, safety, and consistency in patient care.
Approve clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.

Compliance & Accreditation
Ensure compliance with:
Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DOH) or Dubai Health Authority (DHA), depending on location.
Civil Defense and other health and safety standards.
Oversee medical licensing, audits, and inspections.

Quality & Risk Management
Lead the development of clinical quality indicators.
Investigate incidents or complaints and develop action plans.
Support infection control and patient safety initiatives.
4.
Strategic Planning & Development
Participate in setting clinical goals and business strategy.
Evaluate new services, technologies, or specialties to introduce.
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., patient outcomes, service volume).
5.
Medical Staff Hiring & Credentialing
Participate in recruitment and credentialing of clinical staff.
Conduct evaluations, peer reviews, and performance assessments.
Provide training and mentoring to physicians and clinicians.
6.
Patient Relations & Ethical Oversight
Resolve complex patient issues or complaints.
Ensure that patient rights and confidentiality are respected.
Guide the team on medical ethics and professional conduct.
7.
Reporting & Communication
Report to the Owner/CEO or Executive Director regularly.
Provide updates on clinical operations, risks, and improvements.
Act as the key medical spokesperson for the center.
