Job Description
We are seeking for an experienced
DHA License physiotherapist (Emarati)
to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the medical needs of our patients to develop adequate treatment plans. You will work with our patients to assist in practicing exercises and physical therapy designed to ease pain and increase mobility and must be well-versed in the study of physical therapy with a background in rehabilitating patients with illnesses or injuries.Physiotherapist Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities as a Medical Director:
Provide clinical leadership:
Guide the facility to provide effective, safe, and patient-centered care.Set standards:
Develop and improve the facility's standards, protocols, and procedures.Manage clinical governance:
Ensure compliance with the DHA's clinical governance policies.Oversee quality and safety:
Develop and manage quality and safety initiatives, including risk management.Manage staff credentials:
Develop and maintain the process for physician privileges and clinical competencies for other healthcare professionals.Ensure regulatory compliance:
Act as the point of contact for regulatory requirements and oversee compliance with all DHA policies.Requirements :
Family book Degree in physiotherapist. Experience working as a physiotherapist. Management and Good interpersonal skills. The ability to build and maintain rapport with patients. Teamwork skills. Administration skills. Good health and fitness. Tolerance and patience.
