We are recruiting for a MEDICAL CLINIC RECEPTIONIST for our client in DUBAI with a family owed and managed Medical clinic near to the Marina and JLT.

Position: Medical Clinic Receptionist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Hours: Full Time, 5 and a half days per week, Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6.30pm and Sat morning 8.30am to 1.30pm

Salary & Benefits: AED 6,00 + standard UAE benefits, VISA, Medical Insurance, 24 days paid Holiday

Job Summary: To deal with face to face customer queries, booking appointments, managing diaries, arranging meetings, taking phonecalls, keeping the clinic in good order, stocking equipment, promoting the clinic, dealing with social media campaigns, meeting patients, providing information, support, comfort and care where needed, manage PR campaigns and advertising, promoting awareness, dealing with incoming queries, setting up events.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have at least 1 yr relevant experience as a Receptionist, ideally in a medical healthcare setting.
• Must already be located in Dubai with UAE residency Visa and eligibility to work.
• Must have an excellent command of English, verbal and written.
• Must be flexible, organised and able to manage various queries and concerns
• Must be approachable, caring, helpful, committed, with a mature outlook.
• Able to take up post by 4th August.
