As a Beauty Clinic Receptionist Supervisor, you are responsible for the smooth and effective daily operation of the clinic, delivering high standard of spa treatments and services to all guests, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: Ensure that a high standard of guest service is maintained throughout the clinic. Carries out clinic beauty treatments to a high standard and act as a role model to all other therapists. Mentor and train new starters and existing therapists on both treatments and products. Manage and motivate clinic team to achieve retail and treatment sales targets as set. Coordinate with finance department for controlling and maintaining the clinic budget, maximizing revenues and lowering cost. Responsible to order needed supplies for the clinic, and keep track of all incoming and outgoing inventory by maintaining stock level and inventory. Coordinate marketing plans and develop clinic promotions to drive business in liaison with the marketing department. Carries out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the clinic. The ideal candidate: Arabic is a MUST A certified Beauty Therapist is a plus 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a beauty environment. Good written and verbal English communication skills Should have strong interpersonal skills. Should have Customer-oriented, friendly but professional approach Ability to work cohesively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Ability to work in a flexible schedule which involves shift patterns and weekend work.
