Job Description

We are looking for a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic FEMALE MEDICAL SECRETARY & RECEPTIONIST who functions well as part of a team, in an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive manner. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has deep experience or is willing to learn about the Dental Industry with fluent English speakers. Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and purchasing.
  • Handling quotations and communication with suppliers.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information.
  • Coordinate with Insurance Department / Provide Basic and Accurate
Language: English Arabic (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • receptionist/secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
