Job Summary:
The Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the healthcare or homecare center, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with organizational policies. The role involves managing administrative, clinical, and operational activities to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage overall operations of the center including staffing, scheduling, and
workflow
? Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing and support staff performance
? Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical
standards
? Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare
regulations
? Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
? Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and center resources
? Prepare and monitor center budgets, expenses, and operational reports
? Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and ensure safety protocols are
followed
? Coordinate training, educational programs, and staff development activities
? Maintain accurate records and documentation for all center activities
? Promote effective communication within the team and with patients
Experience & Skills:
? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or homecare management
? Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic healthcare management software
Education & Certification:
? Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
? Relevant management or leadership certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR15,000.00 per month
