Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced
Medical Center Manager
with a strong background in launching and managing aesthetic or wellness-focused medical centers in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing the setup, licensing, operations, staffing, and business performance of our first flagship branch in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the pre-opening phase including center setup, licensing, procurement, and initial staffing
Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier medical and aesthetic professionals
Ensure full compliance with UAE Ministry of Health (MoH) regulations and local licensing requirements
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional patient care and service delivery
Source and procure high-end beauty and aesthetic equipment aligned with market trends
Implement and monitor operational protocols and quality assurance standards
Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and revenue targets
Provide regular performance and financial reports to the owner
Drive business growth through marketing strategies, client satisfaction, and service excellence
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing medical/aesthetic centers in the UAE
Proven experience in launching new medical or aesthetic clinics is essential
In-depth knowledge of aesthetic equipment, treatments, and wellness trends
Strong understanding of MoH regulations and healthcare compliance standards
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Business acumen with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency
Fluent in English.
