Medical Center Manager
to lead our team, ensure full compliance with
MOH regulations
, and strengthen our market presence.
Position Overview:
The
Medical Center Manager
will oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring that all departments run efficiently, regulatory standards are met, and business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
MOH compliance
,
medical center administration
, and
marketing & business development
. A medical background (preferably a doctor) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations of the medical center.
Ensure full compliance with
UAE Ministry of Health (MOH)
regulations and licensing requirements.
Develop and implement effective
marketing strategies
to enhance the center's visibility and attract new patients.
Lead, motivate, and supervise medical and administrative staff to maintain high standards of care and service.
Coordinate with doctors and departments to ensure efficient workflows and patient satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to support growth and profitability.
Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (medical degree preferred).
Minimum
5 years of experience
managing a healthcare facility or medical center in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of MOH regulations
and healthcare compliance.
Proven experience in
marketing and business development
for medical centers.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred:
Licensed medical professional (Doctor) with management experience.
Experience in managing aesthetic and dermatology departments.
