Mechanical Supervisor / Multi Site Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site mechanical activities related to piping, equipment installation, rotating and static machinery, and mechanical systems.
Lead and coordinate the workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, HSE policies, and client requirements.
Review drawings, plans, and technical documents to provide guidance to the site team.
Monitor material usage, manpower productivity, and work schedules.
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of all mechanical works.
Report progress, issues, and risks to project management in a timely manner.
Act as a multi-disciplinary supervisor where required, coordinating with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant mechanical supervisory experience in Oil & Gas / ADNOC experience must .
Strong background in piping, equipment erection, and commissioning works.
Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and solve site challenges effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills in English.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and industry practices.
