Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal functionality and extended lifespan
• Work with PLC software for system operation and troubleshooting
• Identify inefficiencies in CNC machining processes and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery
• Develop plans, specifications, and calculations for mechanical and electrical systems using AutoCAD and Revit
• Optimize production processes, including CAD/CAM programming, tooling design, and process flow adjustments
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing systems while implementing preventative maintenance programs
• Oversee adherence to safety standards, ensuring clean and secure work environments
• Respond to unplanned or emergency work outside standard hours as needed

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining, manufacturing, or prototyping industries (developers, automotive, or high-precision sectors)
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, and Revit software
• Hands-on expertise in CNC programming, tooling design, and high-precision machining operations
• Proficiency in diagnosing technical problems and implementing preventative maintenance strategies
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to dynamic work environments
