We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented
MEP Electrical Engineer
with over 5 years of consultancy experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, site coordination, and technical documentation, with proven expertise in
Revit
and
AutoCAD
.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, prepare, and review electrical drawings, load schedules, and calculations
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
Ensure compliance with DEWA and local authority regulations
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Prepare BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation
Support project managers with technical input and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in the UAE
Proficiency in
Revit
,
AutoCAD
, and MS Office
Familiarity with DEWA submission procedures and standards
Strong understanding of LV systems, lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledgeable in RAK
BIM knowledge is an advantage
